Ivory Coast Embassy, Pretoria, South Africa

Located on Government Road beside the Union Buildings in Pretoria, the new Embassy of Côte d’Ivoire embodies the renewed image of a dynamic, confident and forward-looking nation. Its oval, upward-spiralling form symbolizes unity in motion — a country rooted in its traditions yet firmly oriented toward the future. Inspired by the textures of Ivorian fabrics, the façade blends cultural identity with contemporary design, projecting transparency, openness and innovation. The ceremonial forecourt and symbolic heritage wall celebrate the diversity and shared values of the Ivorian people. More than a diplomatic building, the Embassy presents a modern and vibrant Côte d’Ivoire — united, ambitious and moving together toward an ever-brighter future.

Ivory Coast Residence – Pretoria, South Africa

Perched on the prestigious Waterkloof Ridge in Pretoria, the Residence of Côte d’Ivoire enjoys expansive landscaped grounds and commanding views over the city. The historic Cape Dutch home has been carefully preserved and enhanced, with a new elevated cocktail lawn built above three ministerial suites, creating a spectacular reception space for 500 to 1,000 guests — ideal for National Day celebrations. A luxury Presidential Suite and five-star ministerial accommodations complement the fully refurbished residence, now redesigned as a modern diplomatic villa. Diplomatic Residences for Côte d’Ivoire Pretoria, South Africa

UNIR delivered seven high-quality diplomatic residences in Pretoria’s Waterkloof district. Five existing homes were upgraded into modern five-bedroom en-suite villas with enhanced living areas, landscaped gardens and strengthened security. Two additional properties were redeveloped into contemporary clusters of three and five four-bedroom en-suite homes, each with staff quarters, double garages and private gardens. Shared playgrounds and controlled access ensure safety and community. Together, these residences provide secure, elegant homes reflecting Côte d’Ivoire’s professionalism and diplomatic standing.

Oréa Bassam – Grand-Bassam, Côte d’Ivoire

90 Rivonia Road, SA

The site is located in the financial hub of Sandton at the highly visible corner of Rivonia Road and Katherine Street, with a significant presence at the highest point of the CBD. Seven floors of parking, four in the basement and three above ground, supports eight storeys of office to the south, and seven to the north. Multiple accesses are provided from different streets and levels. The building is angled to better face north, setting up the slight twist establishing the plan dynamic. Regular office footprints twist on each floor creating a variety of facades further sculpted by stepping in and out to form terraces.

Standard Bank, Rosebank, SA

The new campus for Standard Bank is excellently located in terms of both access and visibility, occupying a distinctive city block on the corner of the Rosebank CBD box, at the highest geographical point of the area. Close to the M1, Gautrain, and BRT routes, the site is easily reached from Johannesburg and Sandton CBDs. The design responds to the contextual site specifics, whilst addressing the bank's requirement for an identifiable and productive working environment.

Nedbank, Sandton, SA

The prestigious Nedbank corporate office in Sandton is the first GBCSA Green Star certified building in South Africa, having achieved a 4-star Design rating in October 2009 and a 4-star As-Built rating in September 2010. The original brief requested a timeless scheme in a park environment.

The Capital on the Park, SA

Situated in the heart of Sandton along the prominent Katherine street to the South as well as the vast green of Mushroom Park to the North, comes the unique development of 101 on The Park. This development comprises of 240 units situated in a 15 storey towers that overlook the vast green of Mushrooom Park, Inanda as well as the lights of the Sandton CBD. The Outdoors Amenities include a champagne bar and lounge area as well as the external sun deck which cascades down towards the pool area and is populated by loungers, umbrellas for those who prefer to relax outside.

Embassy Towers, SA

Situated in the prestigious suburb of Sandhurst and enjoying unencumbered views is the magnificent apartment building, Embassy Towers. Tucked behind the United States Consulate in Sandton, the building enjoys breathtaking views across to the Magaliesburg mountains as well as in the south, east and western directions due to the residential scale of the surrounding neighbours.
